Positive: Location & although modern like photos once you get into apartment.

Negative: what you don’t see in the photos is the hallway areas, and the rest of the apartment facilities outside of the apartment. Our balcony door way stiff & hard to open, when you eventually open it, you got hit with the smell of Marijuana smell so being with two young kids, one of which has asthma/lung related allergies… not a good call. Main bedroom window was jared so unable to open it for fresh air…. Not that we would have got fresh air… the drugs some up the type of standards of the apartment. We didn’t feel safe in the apartment the hall area is very dark and dingy looking (creepy American movie style)

Summary: Manageable for adults with out kids if you are desperate, and need somewhere close to the parks where thankfully you spe
