The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you could want or need for your stay

Pool heat available for $30 a day and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Pool to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The cost of cleaning the barbecue is $ 35 for the entire stay. Propane is not included, there is a tank on the property that you can refill.
Cleaning Procedures
Our professional laundry service works with the commitment perform a high temperature wash located at an industrial high-valued 5-star laundry facility that is not only well known in the market but also used by other major companies such as Disney World Resorts and top-ranking hotels with the objective exterminate any bacteria on every linen, bed sheet and pillow case, all being delivered wrapped and sealed awaiting to be opened by our guests. The same standard applies with the wash and delivery of brand new and ironed towels, pool towels (if applicable), face towels and washcloths, which are provided accordingly with the capacity of guests for the home, as well with extra quantities to better accommodate our patrons.
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays.
