The villa has a lounge with a large flatscreen Smart HDTV and DVR, an adjoining dining room, separate family room with large flatscreen HDTV and DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, side by side fridge/freezer with icemaker and water dispenser, coffee machine, mixer, toaster etc. Then there is a small utility room with washer and dryer, leading through to the garage that we have made into a games room with TV, full size table tennis, football machine, electronic darts, board games, and comfy seating. There are sliding doors from the family room and from the kitchen leading out to the covered lanai and pool deck, where we have a gas grill together with plenty of lounging chairs to enjoy the sunshine. The pool deck is fully screened to keep the bugs out (it also keeps a lot of the burning UV rays out, too), but if you can stand the heat there is an unscreened sunbathing deck that catches the afternoon and evening sun if you want to go home with a seriously good suntan! There are plenty of pool/beach towels in the house, hairdryers in the bathrooms, and beach chairs if you plan on visiting one of the lovely Florida beaches. The pool itself is fabulous, one of the largest you will find in a private home, and completely private as the house is not overlooked. The rear garden is about half an acre, and is ideal for energetic ball games if anyone has the inclination or energy..... The master bedroom has an American king size bed, flatscreen HDTV, computer with high speed internet (and wireless network) and printer, and has an en-suite shower room with 2 washbasins, toilet, double shower, walk-in closet with a security safe, and a door outside onto the pool deck. At the other side of the house are 3 more bedrooms (one queen, one double and 1 with twin beds) and a bathroom. The hallway, family room, kitchen, bathroom and shower room all have tiled floors, the rest being carpeted. All the TV's (5) are connected to cable TV, 3 of them are HD, and in the lounge the HDTV has DVR to pause/rewind/record live TV with hundreds of channels as well as "on demand" programmes and films, all of which are free of charge. The digital telephone service also allows unlimited free USA and Canada calls, and overseas can be made but must be prepaid with a phone card. (Use the computer and Skype for free VOIP calls instead!) The house has central air conditioning and heating, so you can be comfortable indoors whatever the weather is doing outside. The pool is maintained weekly to keep it in sparkling condition. We have a local management company (English) that are only a phone call away in the unlikely event that you need help or assistance with anything in the house. We employ them to look after the house for us, and they will gladly help you with any house-related issues. Location: The house is located in a quiet residential area, where about half the homes are holiday rentals. As well as our private pool, there is a very large community pool on the development together with 2 hard tennis courts, basketball hoops, baseball court, football fields, and miles of walking/jogging paths that meander through the development and the 2 large open parks. The development is well served by excellent golf courses in the immediate vicinity. Shops and good restaurants are a short drive away (5-10 minutes), the Disney theme parks are no more than a 15 minute drive and there are several excellent shopping malls within a half an hour drive. Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre are about an hours drive away on the east coast, whilst Clearwater beach and St. Petersburg on the Gulf coast are no more than 90 minutes away.
